Consisting of:

perforated basked with inside beater shaft in AISI 304. Distance and inclination of the rackets are mechanically adjustable. The speed of the beater shaft and the basket can be regulated by means of a frequency converter.

Remote control panel equipped with rotation speed adjustment controlled with a variable frequency drive.

Draining hopper with snail to regulate the feeding of the grapes thus improving both the production capacity and the quality oft he destemmed grapes.

Heavy gauge destemming cage constructed with special attention to the finishing details to protect the integrity of the fruit and minimize damage tot he berries.

Very durable beater shafts with paddle tips fully adjustable in length and orientation angle.
