Tank-Description

Container with torispherical bottoms. Bottoms 13 mm wall thickness, jacket 10 mm wall thickness.

On cylindrical part of a cooling jacket approx. 1.800 mm high and underbody an additional cooling jacket, in aggition the container is externally insulated with 100 mm, with screw stainless steel metal cover.

Tank upper body:

• filling connection DN 50 central in the upper bottom, 1 sleeve 1/2”

Tank body:

• with manhole oval 420 x 320 mm swivelling with holder
• with downward drawn filling pipe DN 32 with angle seat valve disc DN 50
• overpressure valve with control valve, with manometer, with overpressure safety valve, connection DN 25
• with sample valve
• with temperature sensor
• with clear outlet with angle seat valve DN 50with cap
• with level indicator
• on the back side of the tank 2 x connection for cooling (inlet 5/4“- and outlet 1 ½“)
• with agitator front right side

Lower bottom:

• rest outlet with drawn forward drawn outlet pipe with angle seat disc valve DN 50
• 4 adjustable feet, height adjustable
• 1 piece 5/4” for inlet cooling / heating jacket
• 1 piece 1 1/2” for outlet cooling / heating jacket
