Fruit and vegetable grinder with grinding ring

Description of the machine:

With this mill system it is possible to shred a wide variety of raw materials, adapted to the pressing system and the degree of maturity.

The raw material is placed in the funnel of the mill.

There is a screw in the hopper that conveys the raw material to the grinder.

The raw material is crushed in the grinder and laterally conveyed out of the grinder.

Depending on the material to be ground, different knives and grinding rings can be used.

You can also change the grinding degree through the speed.

If necessary, it is possible to overlay the grinding with inert gas

The system can be easily opened and pulled apart for cleaning.

The mill is completely assembled and wired on a frame.

Two lip seals are installed to seal the grinder on the drive shaft.

To reduce wear, water is used between the seals for cooling and lubrication. Requires approx. 60 l / h.

Electric control:

Description:

The grinder and the motor of the feed screw are supplied via frequency converters
The control is constructed with switches and a potentiometer.
The frequency converters are connected to each other to protect the grinder.
If the grinder draws too much power, the auger switches off briefly so that the grinder is not overloaded.
