Special characteristics:

Careful movement of the mash with large-surface, slow-running mash turner.

Automatic operation of the mash movement possible during day and night. The duration and interval of the movement cycles can be continuously adjusted via time clocks.

Fermentation is carried out without pressure.

Cooling or heating option centrally via the mash turner with internal forced guidance for cooling and heating medium. Direct temperature transfer without energy losses.

Freely selectable fermentation temperature with digital setpoint/actual value display.

Targeted complete discharge via bottom discharge screw.
