Frequently asked Questions:
1.) What barrel sizes can I go with the system?
Standard DIN-KEG´s 30L and 50L with diameter 381mm.
2.) Does the system of externally supplied with steam, or the plant produces your required steam itself?
Yes, the system has an external steam supply be secured, pressure max. 2-3 bar, the plant produces itself no steam.
3.) When I read the instructions properly, so I do not need separate pressure tanks. A pressure on my media tank of 0,5 bar is more than adequate. Is that right?
After cleaning KEG is prefilled with CO2 under pressure to 1 bar and it goes to fill.
If the beer is transferred is about 1,2 bar, so the pressure difference is just so that the beer in the KEG`s goes over and does not foam, while the filling of the pressure from the KEG will naturally slowly drained so that the KEG can be filled.
If from a storage tank, a filtered beer is bottled, it depends on the distance of the point from, cant, because of the required pressure in the tank will depend.
If the tank is near, reaches an overpressure 1,5 - 1,8 bar, in tanks, which are placed a bit lower then 2.3 - 2.5 bar.
So you can not be realized at 0.5 bar decanting. If it is transferred at 0.5 bar, beer would lose CO2, and would like water and without foam.
4.) Enough of a supply of CO2, the bias of the barrels, through an external bottle?
It is, CO2 from an external bottle.
